If you're having trouble logging in to your account, simply enter Instagram.com/hacked on your mobile or desktop browser. You will then be prompted to select the reason for your login troubles, whether it's due to hacking, a forgotten password, lost access to two-factor authentication, or account disablement. After that, you can follow a set of steps to regain access to your account. If your information is linked to multiple accounts, you can choose the account that needs support.
